Location Recording Overview
We have a very small custom recording kit that consists of a Sound Devices MixPre microhone pre-amp and a Zoom H4n recorder. This kit operates of a lithium battery pack for upto 2 days without having to stop.
The mics we use commonly are the Rode NT4 X/Y Stereo Mic and the Rode NT3 Shotgun Mic. Additionally we have a blimp windshield and portable stand system. For other tasks we can hire what is required to get the job done.
We have assisted on dozens of film projects and recorded hundreds of sound effects ranging from nature ambience, ocean and thunder storms to machinery, household sounds and vehicles.
