An update is now available that upgrades the current NKS libraries for Cherry Audio products for VST3 support. If you require VST3 support for use with Apple Silicon based machines, just be sure you have the latest versions of the Cherry Audio plugins installed and the new VST3 based libraries will work with the new plugins. 

Some of hte existing libraries have a small update fee to get the VST3 library while half the Cherry Audio plugins are a completely free update. This is to try and balance the need to cover the time Vs offering a fair deal. If you grab the new Synth Stack 3 (or upgrade from Synth Stack 2) this will also upgrade your libraries to VST3. Please note that the VST2 library versions are stilll available for download. 

While it is not a requirement to update to VST3 it is recommended to consider updating when you can since no further updates will occur for the VST2 versions of these libraries.
